4. Refund Policy
MERN Stack Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone any class due to unforeseen circumstances. Refund policies are subject to our standard refund and cancellation terms, which are available upon request. We do not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes.
5. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the academy is registered. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
